Beach Rentals of South Walton is part of Beaches of South Walton, a collection of 15 beach communities nestled along 26 miles of shoreline on Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. This is a beautiful 3300 sq. ft. Home with travertine floors, granite counter tops, flat-screen plasma tvs in living room and all bedrooms as well as fantastic gulf views from every level of the home. The home is located approximately 250 yards from the beach with a private community beach access gate and approximately 25 yards from community pool. The home is within walking distance to a bakery, bike rentals, and massage therapy spa. Complimentary wireless internet.

The gulf views from this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, beach condo are sure to satisfy during your retreat to the gulf coast. Spend an afternoon relaxing on the sundecks at the gulf front pool or walk a bit further and enjoy endless privacy on the white-sand beaches. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second, two twins in the third and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this spacious condo is able to accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. You may also find time on your vacation to check out the indoor atrium, over-sized hot tub, or large fitness room furnished with brand new equipment.

Plan a family outing along the many miles of bike paths that border our beaches. Saturday to Saturday rental. Five night minimum plus cleaning fee in summer.
